Рurpose. Evaluation of the CT-perfusion for the differential diagnosis of solitary pulmonary nodule. Materials and methods. In the Department of computed tomography A. Tsyb Medical Radi-ological Research Center CT-perfusion was performed in 20 patients (men – 14, women – 6; aged 34 to 79) with a solitary pulmonary nodule. CT study was performed on a multispiral computer tomography GE Optima CT660. Processing of the obtained CT-data was performed at the Advantage Workstation 4.6 (GE Medical Systems, USA). CT data were verified by com-parison with histological findings obtained after CT-guided transthoracic trepan biopsy. Results. The average rate of blood flow in adenocarcinomas was 172.5±83.2 ml/100g/min, blood volume 12.0±5.3 ml/100g, the permeability surface 24.7±7.2 ml/100g / min, the mean transit time 8.8±3.1 seconds. The average rate of blood flow in the nodule of pneumonia was 414.2±191.9 ml/100g/min, blood volume 19.3±8.5 ml/100g, permeability surface 32.9±30.4 ml/100g / min, the mean transit time 2.8±0.7 seconds. Conclusion. CT-perfusion is a new tool for the assessment of microcirculatory disor-ders in various processes, including in the lungs. However, the results obtained in this study are not always pathogenetic and are not always comparable among different researchers. |
