Рurpose. To improve the possibilities of radiological diagnosis of postnecrotic pancreatic cysts. Materials and methods. The study included 129 patients with a diagnosis: Pancreatic cyst (34% of women, 65% of men). Abdominal MSCT with contrast enhancement was performed for all patients ("Ultravist" contrast agent). Percutaneous cystography was performed in 26 patients, endoscopic cystography was performed in 29 patients, endoscopic retrograde pan-creatography was performed in 14 patients (contrast agent "Trasograf"). During the study, the differential diagnosis of cystic tumors of the pancreas was carried out, the formation of the wall of the pseudocyst of the pancreas, infection of the contents and the presence of de-pressurization of the main pancreatic duct were determined. Results. Cystic tumors of the pancreas were detected in 17% of patients, an un-formed pseudocyst was diagnosed in 19% of patients, a formed pseudocyst wall was detected in 81%, infected cysts were detected in 25% of patients, sterile cysts were diagnosed in 75% of patients according to the results of MSCT. According to the results of percutaneous cys-tography, endoscopic cystography, endoscopic pancreatography, depressurization of the main pancreatic duct was detected in 27%, 31%, 43%, respectively. Conclusions. The sensitivity of radiological research methods in the diagnosis of postnecrotic pancreatic cysts is high and is in the range of 95-100%.
