Рurpose. To analyze and to describe actual reference lines and angles on foot and ankle to determine pathology, and to present possible surgical solutions for correction of revealed orthopedic disorders in trauma and orthopedic practice. Materials and methods. From January 2016 to November 2017, were performed X-rays of feet of 528 patients with various trauma and orthopedic pathologies. Mean age of pa-tients was 12.3 ± 5.6 years. According to the indications, standing weight-bearing X-ray of foot and ankle was performed in medial-lateral (ML) and anterior-posterior (AP) views, mid-foot - in AP, hindfoot – in axial view (45°) also with weight-bearing. Results and discussion. All patients were examined comprehensively, including ra-diological method, and were treated according to pathology of foot and ankle. Various radio-graphic anatomy parameters of foot were showed in paper according to age of patient. De-scribed reference lines and segment angles were based on literature data and authors' own research. These data were used in process of survey and tactic planning of operative inter-vention in patients, and also were one of criteria for result of treatment. Possible surgical solutions were proposed according to revealed radiographic abnormalities and clinical view. Conclusion. During examination of patient’s foot (especially child foot), it is important for doctor to use knowledge about age-related radiological anatomy, reference lines and an-gles of different parts of segment for more detailed verification of pathology, planning and evaluation of treatment result. Timely detection of foot and ankle pathology, definition of correct clinical and radiological diagnosis allow us to develop an adequate individual treat-ment program for patient, to avoid progression of disorder and possible complications.
