Multiple microfocal periportal steatosis mimicking hepatic metastases in statin liver injury.

This article presents the clinical case of patient with neuroendocrine tumor of pancreatic head, that was operated twice, but first operation did not lead to recovery. Features of this clinical case are difficulties in pre- and intraoperative topical diagnosis of small size insu-linoma. The authors came to the conclusion that topical diagnostics should be complex.
