The role of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of squamous cell carcinoma of the larynx

Larynx squamous cell carcinoma is one of the most common types of head and neck tumors. This literature review describes the current capabilities of computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging of the neck in the diagnosis of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and also presents a practical approach to staging laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma.
