A solid pseudopapillary tumor (STR) is a rather rare epithelial pancreatic tumor with a low potential for malignancy. It makes up about 1% of pancreatic tumors and about 3% of cystic tumors.

Purpose. To present a clinical observation of a patient with a verified solid pseudopapillary pancreatic tumor.

Materials and methods. The multimodal approach was used: a combination of contrast-enhanced ultrasound and computed tomography. Before surgery, segmentation and three-dimensional modeling was performed.

Results. The advantages of the combination of contrast enhanced ultrasound and computer tomography are demonstrated. Three-dimensional modeling allowed to determine the optimal treatment tactics.
