Arterial spin labeling (Arterial spin labeling, ASL) is a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) technique that allows to evaluate the hypo- and hyperperfusion of the brain. This is of great importance for the for complex diagnostics  of various pathological conditions of the brain, such as cerebral circulation disorders, tumors, neuroinfections, degenerative-atrophic diseases, vascular diseases, etc. We use ASL from the point of view of clinical practice
