Possibilities of multispiral computed tomography in the identification of spread of nonclostridial anaerobic phlegmon of the anterior abdominal wall

This article presents a clinical case of non-clostridial anaerobic phlegmon of the anterior abdominal wall, describes the advantages of MSCT in the early diagnostics and identification spread of inflammatory process in the subcutaneous fat. The success of this method is demonstrated in order to accurately determine the surgical tactics and volume of the intervention and surgical access.
