RADIOLOGY OF GALLBLADDER AND EXTRAHEPATIC BILE DUCTS DISEASES

This scientific review represents the analysis of diagnostic possibilities of different radiological methods in patients with gallbladder and extrahepatic bile ducts diseases. The most common complications of gallstones are discussed. The advantages and disadvantages of ultrasound, radiography, multislice computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography are described. The information of sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of different diagnostic methods is presented according to the data of domestic and international literature.
