The authors describe CT guided injection of cervical nerve roots in treatment of acute arm pain. This technique can help improve the patient’s symptoms and, when used with a good clinical support, can effectively reduce the time taken to recover from acute cervical spine spondylotic symptoms. Although the technique remains risky, when used with appropriate precautions, it has good results and an adequate safety record.
